Hello to All!

Hello, Good Evening and Hi There!

I'm new to the Challenge and really look forward to doing this not only for February, but for the rest of the year as well.

I have quite a few goals to meet, but for the challenge these are my goals:

  • to be able to jog a full 30 minutes on the treadmill, without stopping.

  • To start training using the swimming pool in addition to my other workouts

  • To log everything without fail



  • So I am here to cheer everyone on, and to be cheered on, as we all go forward to meet our goals.
