Hi everyone!

Hi everyone! I am new to this challenge blog and I'm so excited to be here.

My name is Karen. I'm a single 30-something living in Western Canada. I have a dog and a cat but no kids.

My goal for February is to drink at least 100 oz of water per day. I know to some of you this may sound easy but I've been failing miserably at it up until now. It is always an afterthought for me and before I know it the day is over and I haven't had nearly enough water. I am starting with this as my challenge because I think being successful with this one will lead to bigger and better challenges and a smaller me.

I think that being accountable to not only myself but others by belonging to this challenge will really help me stick to it. I know it is going to be a positive experience.

I am also going to continue to eat healthy and to exercise as frequently as I can -- I'm striving toward 1,400 minutes of exercise for the month. I think this is going to be a great month for me and all of the other challengers.
