Met My First February Goal!I went to the gym to workout last night, mostly to relax and unwind, and because my body was craving the exercise. It appears that I have gained five (5) pounds since my last weigh in. I can't be sure if it's muscle gain, or fat gain. I purchased some new clothes at Dillard's this weekend (yes, shopping helps me to relax as well; I'm not the typical guy) in sizes I haven't bought in a year or so and they fit rather nicely, so I don't think that I have gained any fat.
And, I have met one of my February goals. I met it last night at the gym. I had made the goal of jogging non-stop on the treadmill for 30 minutes and decided to see what I could do. After working out for one and a half hours on the weights, doing a shoulder routine, I started on the treadmill. (I had to re-streach the leg muscles first though) After all was said and done, I had jogged for 30:07, 2.27 miles and 480 calories burned according to the machine.
So, WooHoo, I have met my first goal and it's only the 6th. I still need to keep logging everything. I am falling behind in the food logs but keeping up with the exercise logs.
