New ChallengerHello everyone. I know some of you already, and some of you I hope to know soon. My name is Sarah, and I'm from Southern California. I'll be 30 next month, and I am working towards a healthy body, so that when my husband and I try to have a baby at the end of the year I will be at my best shape not just for me, but the baby too. I follow the flex plan through Weight Watchers.
This is my first month on the challenge.
I am challenging myself to drink 5 bottles of water a day and to workout 5 days a week.
I feel I have the food under control and the exercise too, but I really want to push myself to 5-6 days a week. To not set myself up for failure I have challenged myself to the 5 days.
