Yay! It's February!

Hello Everyone!

Meghan here, and ready for the February challenge. I can't believe January is over already! I've really enjoyed getting to know all of you, reading your blogs, and cheering each other along in comments.

My goal for february is to get less than 50% of my calories from carbs. I noticed in the last few weeks tht I was eating a lot of carbs and I think I need to keep a better eye on how my food breaks down. So that's what I'm going to be doing for the next 28 days.
