Food Diary Update

I posted a 4 day diary from last week of "What a Weight Loss Coach Really Eats" (in all its glory) to my Think Slim blog - also added a few observations which might be useful.

I'm still running (at least doing the couch potato to 5K program which is still in a walking/running phase) - have only missed one session so I had to redo week 3. But I'm quite happy that things are going well.

And Cory my March challenger partner is doing well too.

Keep up the good work everyone - summer is just around the corner...
