DIET PLATE

My April Challenge is to concentrate on portion control! I have been eating less at mealtimes but am not sure how much I should be eating. I get up in the morning really hungry because I am used to having a big meal at night.

I think because my portion control hasn't been right I haven't been losing weight like I should be. I am sticking to my exercise regime and healthy eating but think I have been eating too much in the evenings.
I think I might have come up with a solution but wanted your advice!

A DIET PLATE
I didn't even know these existed. Does anyone have one?
Would you recommend one?

They are quite expensive so was wondering if it was worth getting one.


This is the one I thought about getting!
