Hi Everyone,

I am so excited to sign up for the 2007 Challenge. I found this blog just after March's challenge closed. My April goals are
1 - Burn 1500 calories per week
2 - Do 30 minutes of good cardio 4 times a week
3 - Lift weights 2 times a week
4 - Go for one long run once a week - at least 60 minutes

Let's turn this flabby body into a firm body!!!!
