Mid Month

Where has the time gone??

June is half over already!

How are y'all doing?

What's working for you?

What's NOT working for you?

For me......NOT working is logging on all my food to Fitday. Just have not had time.

WORKING..... going w/ the flow. I've maintained an excellent outlook on health, weight and life the past few weeks and I'm pleased with that. For the most part, I stopped beating myself up after a cookie fest or sleeping in instead of running in the early morning.
It's all about balance.

Hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the start of summer :)
