February Challenge

I am totally in for February and I really struggled with what to set as a goal. The fact that I didn't reach my January goal really bugged me. I decided that I don't want to give up on it. I can imagine what it would feel like to actually complete such a large number of steps and so I have decided to repeat my challenge with a bit of modification. Instead of aiming for 7500 steps per day, I have set a goal for the entire month of February: 196,000 steps!! This may seem like a huge number, but it is actually only 7000 steps per day. I think that this way, I can feel okay about taking a Sunday off to relax and just make up the steps during the week.

I am really looking forward to another great month!!
