I am so excited....To be a part of this group, to be on a journey to lengthen my life, to become fit and healthy.
Thanks Michelle for creating this challenge and allowing me to be a part of it.
During my adult life I have "lost and found" more than 1000 pounds. This time I am commited to releasing unhealthy fat forever. No fad diets and no magic pills for me anymore. Been there, done that.
I am working from a concept called "Strategic Daily Action." What this means is to choose one step to take every day. Rather than looking at the big picture (in my case, 185 pounds to release) this provides a targeted, doable, attainable thing to do every day. By focusing on this one step and doing it daily, you will find your self at your goal.
In my case, I have chosen two "SDA's" to do every daily. And as reasonable as both of them are, they have not been my part of my MO ever. I would like to share my SDA's with you and if you would like, invite you to share yours with me. Judi's SDA's
1. To eat 5-6 small healthly meals daily.
2. To workout 6 out of 7 days every week.
