Introducing Debbie

Hi everyone,
I'm Debbie, I'm 20 (21 soon ;) ) and I live in the UK. I'm currently a student at the University of Worcester where I'm training to be a primary school teacher. I moved in with my fiancee in August and since then my weightloss efforts have stalled somewhat. Prior to the I had lost over 4stone going from 18st to 13st 7lbs - now I am bouncing around between 13st 3 and 13st 7 - except I hit 13st 13 on News Years Day - and there was the point I decided to get serious about losing the last of this weight.
When I first started losing weight even a 15 minute walk was enough exercise for me. Now my fitness level has really increased and I'm taking it to the next level :) This New Year see's me starting to run - I would like to take part in the Race for Life 5km that takes place all over England in order to raise money for Breast Cancer research and I would like to run the whole way. I don't have a time limit in mind, I just want to run it.

My main goal for January is to lose 6lbs and get back to 13st 7lbs
My other goal is to run 3 days a week
