jamaica boundHello everyone. My name is Debra and i live is Texas. I am knocking on the door of year number 49. I am the mother of 4 wonderful daughters. I am also a junior at the local university, getting my bachelors degree in Psychology. Until i started college, i never had a problem keeping the weight off. I guess suddenly being stagnant has lowered my burn rate for the calories i am consuming. I am headed to Jamaica in March, and would love to be able to wear a bathing suit. My hopes are to be able to relate both my successes and failures here and get support to help me reach my goal. More later........................ wish me luck........
