Hey everyone! I'm so excited to get started on a new month and a new challenge! So fun to see some new people joining us! My name is Jeannie. I live in Charlotte, NC and I'm totally pumped to kick some butt in Feb! (and if you cant tell, I tend to excessively use exclamation points)
My goals for Feb are:
- Drink at least 64 oz water per day
- Earn at least 15 APs (weight watchers activity points) per week
- Lose 6 pounds
I technically started my Feb goals on Sat (I like to keep my weeks Sat-Fri when dealing with weight loss stuff... I'm a spaz like that haha) and so far I'm doing ok. I havent been great about drinking water, but have by 15 APs for this week already and plan on getting a few more!
