First Week Hurdle!

Hello EVERYONE!

How did y'all make out your first week??

What did you find the hardest?

The easiest?

I've been catching up on all the blogs and I have to say.....WAY TO GO EVERYONE! All of you had positive thoughts in your blogs. Great to see.

The hardes thing for me was......not giving in to habit. I was (still am, fighting it hard today) in the habit of getting a snack at around 10:00. Usually cookies or danishes. And would snack again around 3:oo. It's been hard but I've gone 3 days with a healthy snack at 10 & 3.

Easiest.......eating more fruit. I bought it, I was NOT going to waste it!

Best of luck to everyone in their 2nd week! Keep up the great motivation you all have.
And, if you want to know what I look like......I posted my "before" pics. Oy.
